Can I report a review?

We appreciate all reviews posted because they represent the opinions and experiences that help the community expand its culture and visibility in America. Therefore, reviews must be personal, genuine and passionate (but not impolite), detailing the customer experience with the business reviewed. So when some questionable review is noticed, we appreciate your help in reporting them. Make sure your report is backed up by evidence.

It is important to point out that it is not guaranteed your reporting will remove the review.

Some guidelines we take into account for the removal of a review:

  • Profanity, threat, lewdness, hate speech, accusations, racism, sexism
  • The review has employee’s or customers private information that can be used to track, impersonate or contact someone (e.g. name, address, phone number, email, credit card info)
  • The review is not about a personal experience
  • The review is on the wrong business page
  • The reviewer is promoting a businessThe review violates intellectual property or confidentiality of someone
  • The reviewer has affiliation with the business or is an employee
  • The reviewer is from the competition
  • The reviewer is receiving money or freebies for the review
  • It is a spam or marketing

Reporting is an important feature in our review community. So we encourage the Brazuca online members not to misuse it.
