We invite you to send feedbacks and ratings in some sections of Brazuca.Online. Your participation in our site is of fundamental importance to us. Therefore, we hope that you share your ideas and opinions in an original way with our community. In order to keep the website nice and interesting to all users, we urge you to follow the rules outlined below.

By submitting content, you agree to these rules:

• You agree not to make inappropriate reviews. Which includes any review that:
  
  • be profane, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit and offensive language
  • be libelous, defamatory or threatening to any individual or group
  • infringes or violates the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any person
  • violates a person's right to privacy
  • violates any local, state, national, or international law
  • contains or advocates acts of violence or illegal acts
  • contains propaganda or solicitation of any kind
  • denigrates others based on gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability or other classification
  • be predatory, hateful, or for the purpose of intimidation or harassment, or contains swearing
  • adulterates the identity of any person, including your own
  • personifies others

• You agree that you are fully responsible for the content you submit. If you make an inappropriate review, you agree to remove the review promptly as soon as you discover that it violates these rules. If your inappropriate review brings claims against Brazuca Online, you agree to indemnify Brazuca Online, its agents, managers, employees against any damages and costs, including attorney fees, caused to Brazuca Online in defense of such claims.
• You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any reviews submitted by the user. You further understand that we have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor submissions, and we may remove any reviews that we deem inappropriate for any reason, without your consent. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to withdraw privileges from a user to post content on our site. We may reject or remove any reviews at any time, with or without notice.
• You certify that you are at least 13 years of age. We emphasize that if you are under 13 years of age, do not send any content to us, and if it is necessary to have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to send content, if you have less than 18 years but at least 13 years of age. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these rules for an individual between the ages of 13 and 18, please be advised that you will be fully responsible for his or her shipments and any legal liability he or she incur.
• You certify that you have permission from others who contributed or are featured in any reviews you post. If there are any individuals under the age of 18 in any photo, video or other content you submit, you must obtain the permission of the parent of such individual or legal guardian before submitting the content.
• You acknowledge and agree that any use and / or reliance on any information obtained through the interactive forums will be at your own risk. We are not in any way endorsing the content of the interactive forums and we can not and will not attest to its reliability.
• From any reviews you post, you give us permission to use your content. You grant to Brazuca Online an irrevocable, perpetual, universal, exclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, incorporate into other works, distribute royalty-free, perform, display, and otherwise exploit such content, in whole or in part, in any form, medium or technology currently known or later developed.
• You have read and agree to comply with our Term of Use e Privacy Policy.

Content Guidelines

• Privacy: You cannot post other people's information, fullname or close-up photos without their permission.
• Inappropriate content: threats, hate speech, harassment, and content as such are not tolerated on the Site.
• Payment and Gifts: reviews should not be written, removed or updated as a way to receive payment or gifts.
• Intelectual property: the content you post (reviews and photos) must be your own, and not of others.
• Spam: users are not allowed to post ads or promote businesses on their reviews. Business Owners have their pages to promote their own businesses.
• Reviews: must be relevant to the user's experience. Leave out political views and ideologies, rants on business or employees, or commentaries about news on  businesses.
